NATALIE FALCO

VINYASA FACULTY

Natalie’s teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga can be a powerful source of strength, resilience, and healing. After more than a decade of practice, she completed her 200-hour teacher training with LifePower Yoga in 2024 and went on to study breathwork and meditation with David Magone at Down Under School of Yoga. She is currently continuing her studies through Down Under’s 300 Hour teacher training.

Natalie teaches power vinyasa, balancing physical challenge with the freedom to meet oneself as they are. Her classes invite students to explore their strength, quiet the noise of daily life, and cultivate a deeper connection to themselves. Her own experience navigating significant health challenges and motherhood deepened her appreciation for yoga’s capacity to support both physical and mental well-being, inspiring her to create a welcoming space for students at every stage of life.

Her teaching extends beyond the traditional studio setting, with a particular interest in breathwork, children’s yoga, and trauma-informed practices. She finds meaning in sharing accessible tools for movement, breath, and mindfulness with diverse communities.

Outside the studio, Natalie holds a degree in advertising and graphic design from the Savannah College of Art and Design and has worked in the art industry for organizations including TJX and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. She continues to cultivate her love of illustration and watercolor painting. A mother of two, she enjoys exploring New England’s seasons with her family, skiing, golfing, and walking her rescue dog, Rumi. She has also embraced a vegan lifestyle for nearly a decade.
