Megan Halse brings a strong professional foundation in marketing communications, paired with extensive experience leading teams and shaping customer-focused operations. 

A graduate of Emerson College with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Communications, Megan has built her career around creating clear systems, elevating brand experiences, and supporting teams to do their best work.

She supported the opening of Pure Barre in Boston, serving as a lead instructor for several years, where she honed her skills in teaching, team management, and client engagement. Megan’s experience as a medical esthetician has given her a deep understanding of the wellness industry, while her background in the restaurant industry has honed her ability to manage both faculty and students with grace, kindness, and efficiency—skills that make her uniquely suited to support and lead in her role as Faculty Manager.
