Meg Gaucher

VINYASA FACULTY

Meg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Writing and Rhetoric and brings a multidisciplinary background in social work, user experience design, writing, and wellness communications. An entrepreneur at heart with a deep belief in movement as medicine, she currently works on the Health team at WHOOP as a Senior Content Designer, where she leads the educational content and microcopy within the app.

Her path to yoga began after college, following a competitive career as a collegiate runner. Initially drawn to yoga as a physical complement to training, she quickly became captivated by its deeper dimensions, particularly the shift from performance and ego toward presence and self-trust. A pivotal early experience reframed movement as sanctuary, sparking a desire to share yoga with fellow athletes and seekers alike.

She began teaching in 2017 after completing her 200-hour training at Health Yoga Life, where she was deeply shaped by mentorship and community. Her work has since included trauma-informed yoga through Hands to Heart Center, teaching across studios in Massachusetts and Arizona, and years of community-building power vinyasa at 4th Avenue Yoga in Tucson. Her teaching continues to be informed by social work, mental health, anatomy, and physiology.

Her classes are athletic, music-driven, and intelligently sequenced, blending power vinyasa with curiosity, reflection, and embodied awareness. She emphasizes meeting one’s edge with awareness rather than force, designing classes that support both physical strength and emotional resilience.

Outside the studio, she writes regularly, often publishing on Substack, and is a practicing silversmith, primarily designing and making custom rings and earrings. In all creative pursuits, she is drawn to the intersection of craft, presence, and meaning.
