As an Olympic and Ironman distance triathlete, Linda's three decades of yoga practice were an anchor for her.

Linda fell in love with structural precision and alignment in Down Under's 200 hour and 300 hour teacher training and began studying Iyengar Yoga more intensely under the tutelage of Ann Appavoo and Cathie Ryder.

As a marathon swimmer, Linda coaches swim and yoga as complementary practices and especially enjoys working with athletes, older adults, and students of all ages seeking a deeper understanding of their bodies. She aims to create classes that are exploratory, accessible, and purposeful—inviting students of all levels to cultivate greater awareness, ease, and quiet strength

Linda also holds a master’s degree in Public History and brings over twenty-five years of experience in brand leadership in the health and wellness industry.
