KIRA VILLAROSE

FITNESS FACULTY

Kira has been practicing yoga for over ten years. What began as a way to find stillness at the age of 14 has evolved into a lifelong relationship with movement, breath, and self-inquiry. Her practice has followed her across cities—Seattle, New York, Charleston, and now Boston—but it has always remained the steady thread that keeps her grounded, inspired, and connected to both herself and others.

She completed her 200-hour vinyasa training in Charleston and is currently pursuing her 300-hour certification at Down Under, which she is set to complete by the end of the year. Kira’s approach to yoga is rooted in the belief that the practice is deeply personal—a private experience often shared in community. She views teaching as an exchange: while she holds space, her students continually teach her as well. She’s deeply grateful to those who trust her with their time.

Yoga has been the throughline in Kira’s life—the practice that has supported her through change, reminded her how to return to herself, and provided clarity in moments of uncertainty. She’s honored to share this work with others and to help cultivate a safe space for self-exploration.

Her classes are a blend of strength and softness, meeting students where they are in each session. Kira guides students through intentional movement and mindful breath, always offering an invitation to go inward and move at their own pace. Expect creative sequences, space for stillness, and moments that gently remind you to come home to yourself.
