JULEE CHUNG

HEATED FLOW FACULTY

Julee is a teacher devoted to guiding others through embodied movement, meditation, sound, and healing touch to create experiences of presence and deep connection.

Her dynamic vinyasa flows are intended to empower, inspire, and challenge students through continuous mindful movement and conscious breathing. Her slower, more restorative sequences work on deeper layers of connective tissues to balance strength and softness and cultivate inner connection. Julee teaches in a student-centered way, encouraging students to modify poses to fit their individual needs.

Her yoga is an expression of love, which guides her passion to co-create diverse and accessible spaces of acceptance, where people feel seen, heard, supported, and ultimately, safe in their own skin.Julee is trained in trauma-transformative yoga, yoga with kids, myofascial release (MFR), and brain-longevity movement therapy through the Alzheimer's Research & Prevention Foundation (ARPF). She leads yoga classes for both adults and little ones across Boston and is passionate about providing community-focused classes through the non-profit Hands to Heart Center.
