JESSIE CALDWELL
VINYASA FACULTY
Jessie began practicing yoga about ten years ago. Her journey started as a way to help manage her rheumatoid arthritis, which she was diagnosed with at just two years old.
While searching for holistic ways to ease her pain, she continually came across yoga — and once she gave it a try, she quickly noticed its impact. What began as a physical practice soon evolved into something much deeper, offering her mental clarity, emotional grounding, and a renewed sense of balance.
Jessie loves how accessible yoga can be. On days when movement feels limited, she finds stillness through meditation or gentle modifications. Over time, mind, body, and spirit began to integrate more fully, leading her to dive deeper into her practice and ultimately inspiring her to become a teacher.
She attended Flagler College, earning a degree in Marketing with minors in Advertising and Business Administration. During her studies, she decided to pursue yoga teacher training and completed her 200-hour YTT with East + West in Bali, Indonesia. A few years later, she returned to assist in their teacher training program. After graduating, she traveled to Rishikesh, India, where she completed her 300-hour YTT at Yoga Sadhana under Guru Parveen Nasir.
Jessie teaches Vinyasa Flow, a style that allows her to explore creative movement and encourage students to find their own moving meditation. Her classes help students connect to their breath, honor their bodies, and take ownership of their personal practice. She often incorporates Eastern philosophies into her teaching and emphasizes drishti (focused gaze) as an essential part of finding inner stillness and alignment.
Outside of the studio, Jessie works in cybersecurity sales and real estate. When she’s not teaching or working, she’s usually exploring new coffee spots—so if you ever want to grab a post-class latte, she’s always up for it.
