HALEY MORGAN
FITNESS FACULTY
With a background in environmental engineering from Penn State University, Haley works as a consultant water resources engineer, contributing to projects focused on coastal resilience in the Boston area. Her work reflects a deep commitment to protecting natural resources and fostering long-term environmental sustainability, grounding her approach to movement in both intelligence and intention.
Her relationship with yoga began over a decade ago as a high school athlete, initially drawn to the practice to support flexibility and balance for track and field. What began as a complementary tool gradually evolved into a steady and meaningful presence in her life, continuing through college and into her professional years. Inspired by the teachers and mentors who shaped her path, she pursued her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali, Indonesia, deepening both her personal practice and her capacity to guide others.
She is also certified in Yoga Sculpt through CorePower Yoga and brings a dynamic, cross-disciplinary approach to her teaching, informed by her experience in strength training and endurance sport. As a marathon runner and triathlete, she understands movement as both performance and longevity, weaving together strength, mobility, and breath to support a resilient and sustainable practice.
Her classes are high-energy and intentionally constructed, with carefully curated, beat-driven playlists serving as both structure and catalyst. She emphasizes strength, mobility, and presence, creating an environment that is both athletic and accessible. Her approach bridges the discipline of strength training with the awareness of traditional yoga, encouraging students to move with both power and precision.
She hopes students leave class feeling joyful in their strength and more confident in themselves, grounded in their breath and equipped with tools that extend beyond the studio into everyday life.
Outside of the studio, she is most at home in motion and in nature. Whether running, biking, hiking, skiing, swimming, or exploring new sports, she brings the same curiosity and enthusiasm to her life as she does to her teaching. She also enjoys reading, live music, cooking, and travel, continually seeking experiences that expand both perspective and connection.
