GRACE DRUGGE

VINYASA FACULTY

Grace's journey with yoga began in childhood, watching her mother practice to Rodney Yee VHS tapes—a ritual that sparked awe and fascination. Years later, she stepped into her first Bikram studio and found something she couldn’t yet name: a profound sense of presence and unity, the essence of Be Here Now.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Grace was introduced to vinyasa and discovered a new form of meditation through breath and movement. Yoga became a deeply personal space for healing, exploration, and transformation. As someone who spent years feeling disconnected from her body, Grace found in yoga a path to embodiment, acceptance, and peace.

For Grace, yoga is more than a physical practice—it’s a way of life rooted in compassion, presence, and collective care. She is also an installation artist whose work explores transformation through shared space. To her, yoga is an extension of her art: a living, breathing act of protest in a world that often fosters disconnection and individualism.

As a teacher, Grace is devoted to holding space where students feel seen, safe, and supported. Her classes offer invigorating flows grounded in alignment, breath awareness, and mindfulness. Whether guiding beginners or seasoned practitioners, she invites students into a journey of presence, empowerment, and deep connection.
