EMMA HOGAN
VINYASA • RESTORATIVE FACULTY
Emma discovered yoga while recovering from a spinal injury caused by severe scoliosis, and what began as a way to rebuild strength and mobility became a lifelong practice. Now a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Pilates Mat instructor, and Holistic Health Coach, she brings both personal experience and thoughtful instruction to every class.
Emma's classes are energetic, welcoming, and rooted in the belief that movement should help you feel strong, resilient, and at home in your body. Expect mindful sequencing, an upbeat atmosphere, plenty of options to make the practice your own, and a great playlist. She encourages students to meet themselves with curiosity, cultivating a practice that supports their unique path to wellness.
At the heart of it all is a simple belief: true fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all. It aligns body, mind & soul, and it looks different for everyone. Emma’s goal is to support you in finding your own unique, authentic version of wellness - rooted in autonomy, driven by joy, and grounded in nonjudgmental discovery of what makes you feel good.
