DIMA BOSKO
VINYASA & RESTORATIVE FACULTY
Dima discovered yoga during a time when she realized she had been living much of her life “from the neck up.” The practice became a pathway back into her body and a deeper connection to herself. After a transformative retreat in Costa Rica with Gregor Singleton, she recognized teaching as a natural expression of who she is—an opportunity to inspire others to discover and express what is uniquely alive within them.
Dima has been teaching since 2012 and has completed more than 1,000 hours of training through Kripalu, Yoga for Life, Fluid Yoga, Rolf Gates, Body Matrix, and others. She has also trained and mentored teachers through her own One Voice Yoga Teacher Training.
A former marketing and communications professional, Dima holds degrees from Georgetown University and George Washington University. Her teaching weaves together thoughtful sequencing, somatic awareness, breath, music, and intuitive movement, with an emphasis on helping students feel more present, free, and at home in their bodies.
Expect creative movement, intentional sequencing, music, breathwork, and somatic exploration, all grounded in warmth, humor, and genuine connection. Dima hopes students leave with a deeper sense of belonging—to themselves, to one another, and to their shared humanity.
Outside the studio, Dima is a mother of two daughters and a Labradoodle who loves nature, dancing, singing, staying active, and community. She is also a musician and co-creator of Sonic Ascension, an immersive musical experience blending sacred mantra with original contemporary music.
