CURTIS FALZOI

VINYASA FACULTY

Curtis has been practicing yoga since the age of 19, when curiosity first led him into a class at his local gym. The practice has remained a constant ever since. He completed his yoga studies at Kripalu under Rolf Gates and Michelle Dalbec and has been teaching for two years.

His teaching invites students to move from the head into the heart, using breath, sensation, and mindful movement to cultivate presence and access the body’s innate wisdom. Curtis views the mat as a space for transformation—an opportunity to meet whatever arises with curiosity, authenticity, and awareness.

Outside of yoga, Curtis holds a BS in Management from Boston University and works in manufacturing. He is also a musician and the founder of ¿How Lovely Are We?, a community-centered event series combining yoga, open mic, teach-ins, ecstatic dance, and drum circles.

His interests include metaphysics, spirituality, and the pursuit of truth. When he’s not practicing or teaching, you’ll likely find him making music, soaking in hot springs, enjoying the sunshine, or spending time with his dog and cat—with mango lassi, horchata, and stroopwafels never far behind.
