CHIDERAH ANAEBUE

FITNESS FACULTY

Chiderah is a Pilates instructor and current J.D./M.B.A. candidate, driven by a passion for the intersection of wellness, law, entrepreneurship, and community development.

Her journey with Pilates began during her sophomore year of college while working at the front desk of a local studio. Inspired by the studio’s positive and supportive environment, she went on to complete her teacher training through the Club Pilates (Balanced Body) certification program.

With over three years of personal practice and a year and a half of full-time teaching experience, Chiderah has led group classes, private sessions, and community events. A pivotal moment in her teaching journey was discovering her authentic voice as an instructor—an evolution that deepened her ability to connect with students and foster meaningful class experiences.

Chiderah’s teaching style blends classical and contemporary Pilates, with a stronger emphasis on contemporary movement. Her classes focus on building both physical resilience and mental presence through functional movement. She aims for her students to leave each session feeling empowered, grounded, and more connected to their bodies.

Outside of the studio, Chiderah balances the rigors of law and business school while continually advancing her work as a movement professional. She is deeply committed to using Pilates as a tool for empowerment and community building.
