CAYLEE KLEBER
VINYASA FACULTY
For Caylee, yoga has been a through line since her first class at 16, opening her to a deeper connection with movement, breath, and self. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2018, following her certification as a holistic health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Caylee’s teaching draws from sturdy Ashtanga roots, blending dynamic movement, creative sequencing, and intentional breathwork. Her classes are challenging yet grounding, often accompanied by energizing playlists, and always balanced with moments of rest and a generous Savasana. She invites students to explore how they respond to discomfort on the mat as a reflection of how they navigate challenges in everyday life.
After teaching for several years in Chicago and Florida, Caylee is excited to return to teaching in Boston with the perspective and depth gained from her time away. Her intention is to create space for students to feel grounded, resourced, and deeply connected to themselves.
Off the mat, Caylee loves handstands, calisthenics, the outdoors, spontaneous adventures, and getting to know new people.
