Callie began practicing yoga as a child alongside her mom, and over the years, her practice has blossomed into a journey of presence, compassion, and self-discovery. She is a 500-hour RYT who brings warmth, compassion, and attentiveness to every class.
Callie’s teaching emphasizes the deep connection between mind and body. Through techniques to regulate the nervous system, mindful breathwork, and intentional movement, she guides students toward balance and ease. Each class blends music, movement, and mindfulness to create a welcoming, supportive, and joyful space where students can connect more deeply with themselves.
