BRIDGET STUGER
VINYASA FACULTY
Bridget first found yoga during a time when life felt relentless and she was struggling to make space for herself. The practice offered her a way to slow down, reconnect with her breath and body, and feel more at home in herself. Yoga continues to be a space for connection, expression, and exploration, and in 2026, Bridget completed her 200-hour teacher training through JP Centre Yoga in Boston.
A Boston educator and former designer, Bridget brings a student-centered and inclusive approach to her teaching. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and an M.S. in Media Science from Boston University and is currently pursuing an M.Ed. through UMass Boston’s Teacher Residency Program. Her background in education and universal design informs the way she creates classes that are accessible, adaptable, and welcoming to students of all experience levels.
