Guided instruction on any of the following:

  • Private Cooking Lesson: enjoy a real time cooking lesson with an AHC. Choose one or two recipes from an Ayurvedic cookbook and be guided through how to prepare the foods. This service is an ideal way to tackle new and unfamiliar Ayurvedic staples, like making ghee, kitchari, dal, or a plant milk.

  • Meal Planning: learn which foods and meals are most suitable for your Ayurvedic constitution, and why. Together we will use an Ayurvedic cookbook to help you develop a meal plan for breakfast, lunch and dinner that will keep you feeling seasonally balanced. This is a conversation and collaboration, so bring your questions!

  • Kitchen Prep & Organization: discover all of the essential details for a smooth & functional Ayurvedic kitchen and why. Get organized and invest in the foundational items that will make cooking Ayurvedic meals quick and easy.
