ALEXA LOBOSCO
FLOW & FITNESS FACULTY
Alexa LoBosco first came to yoga during a time of personal upheaval, when she felt disconnected from her body and overwhelmed by the weight of her own thoughts. What started as a way to move and breathe became a path to healing. Through yoga, she discovered stillness, strength, and a sense of home within herself—a transformation that ultimately led her to teaching.
Alexa is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with additional certification in Inferno Hot Pilates. Before moving to Boston, she taught both yoga and Pilates at one of Long Island’s top studios, where she also served as studio manager. She loves how the two modalities complement each other: “Pilates is a workout; yoga is a work-in.” The strength, confidence, and sweat that Pilates builds are unmatched—and when paired with the grounding, introspective nature of yoga, students are empowered on every level.
Alexa’s classes are grounding, intuitive, and breath-centered—designed to help students build strength, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their inner resilience. Alexa’s teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is not about performance, but presence. She creates space for students to show up as they are, move with intention, and leave class feeling strong, joyful, grounded, and empowered.
Alexa holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and Legal Studies from UMass Amherst and currently works in sales. Outside of the studio, Alexa loves journaling, spending time in nature, and diving into emotional wellness and self-discovery. Her goal is to help others come home to themselves the way yoga helped her come home to hers.
