DVRM Group Breathwork: A Monthly Intensive with David Magone
Three Mondays
September 14 • September 21 • September 28
4-5pm • Back Bay
Curious about what breathwork can actually do?
This small-group, three-session intensive offers a structured and immersive introduction to DVRM (Dynamic Volitional Respiratory Modulation), a breathwork methodology developed by David Magone and studied through neuroimaging research in collaboration with Harvard, MIT, and Massachusetts General Hospital.
Practiced within a consistent cohort, each cycle follows a clear arc — combining guided breathwork, focused attention, and integration over time. The research behind DVRM explores how specific breathing patterns can influence brain states associated with heightened awareness and emotional processing, creating conditions for meaningful shifts in experience.
Working in a small group allows for continuity, depth, and a more supported process as the sessions build on one another.
Cost: $120
