EMILY LEAHY

VINYASA FACULTY

Emily is an ICF-accredited Executive Leadership and Performance Coach, certified through Brown University, with a strong background in education. With 15 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur, she has built and led ventures across a variety of industries, including health and wellness, consulting, branding, and technology.

Emily's yoga journey began in 2006 when she stumbled into her first class at a gym, seeking a way to feel more at home in her body during outpatient recovery from an eating disorder. From the moment she stepped onto the mat, Emily was hooked, and it wasn’t long before she was asking the instructor about teacher training. She trained at Frog Lotus Yoga in the Berkshires and deepened her knowledge with additional training at Kripalu Yoga. With 16 years of teaching experience, Emily has had the privilege of learning from some of the early teachers who helped shape the foundation of yoga in Boston, where she began her practice.

Her teaching style is energizing, playful and challenging. Emily weaves together fluid movement and mindfulness, inviting students to explore their personal edge where effort meets ease. Her goal is for each class to leave students feeling more connected to their magic and in tune with their bodies.

Outside of yoga, Emily is passionate about personal development, meditation, and the intersection of high performance, physiology, and AI. She is the founder and CEO of InPhase, an app redefining the future of work for women by turning hormonal fluctuations into a framework for predictable success, transforming what often feels like a maze into a clear map. She’s also a professional speaker, writer, and avid traveler, having lived in California, Rhode Island, New York, and Portugal.
