DILLON CASE

PILATES FACULTY

Blending a deep foundation in physiology with a lifelong passion for movement, Dillon brings a thoughtful and transformative approach to Pilates.

She first discovered Pilates in high school through an alumni physical therapy partnership, where she was drawn to the method’s rehabilitative power and its connection to the body’s natural mechanics.

After working as a physical therapy aide throughout her undergraduate years, Dillon became certified as a personal trainer and began applying her knowledge of movement therapy in fitness settings. Her transition to Pilates came naturally while managing a gym in California, where she found the practice allowed her to merge her strength training background with her passion for helping others heal and move more intelligently.

Comprehensively certified through Balanced Body, Dillon was trained across California, Texas, and Boston and has been teaching since 2022. Her classes are form-focused and blend contemporary methodology with elements of functional strength and rehabilitation. She believes every body is unique and imperfect and that everyone can benefit from a second set of eyes to better understand how to move in ways that best serve them.

Students can expect to leave Dillon’s classes feeling worked, empowered, and more connected to themselves, with tools they can carry into all aspects of fitness and life. Outside the studio, Dillon loves spending as much time outdoors as possible; hiking, backpacking, kayaking, and soaking up high altitudes and open water whenever she can slip away from the city.
