Challenge Guide

The challenge runs from Mar 1-30

Building a habit isn’t just about discipline—it’s about support and finding joy in movement. By stepping outside your routine and leaning into the Down Under community, you’ll discover new ways to stay inspired.

If you always take Hot Power, try Inferno Hot Pilates. If you only practice at one studio, explore another. If yoga is your go-to, challenge yourself with an upbeat fitness class. The practice that changes your life might be the one you haven’t tried yet.

How it Works

  • Set your own goal and sign up for the challenge.

  • Take any class—in-studio or via livestream—throughout March.

  • Get a stamp in your Down Under Passport from our desk managers each time you check in for class.

  • Each class counts as an entry for our grand prize giveaway—the more you practice, the higher your chances of winning.

  • Bonus entries: Visit multiple locations and complete the bonus activities on the passport.

  • Bring a friend for free: Earn bonus entries for every friend you bring to their first-ever class at Down Under Yoga! You can invite up to three friends per class and please note that pre-registration classes are not eligible for this offer.

  • Join us for a Celebration Party on Sat, Apr 5 in Back Bay studio from 1:30-3pm
