Carla is a Licensed Massage Therapist whose bodywork journey began on the island of Kauai, where she studied at the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork. Over the past six years, she has expanded her practice from Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and Swedish relaxation techniques to advanced modalities including Structural Integration, Deep Tissue, and Thai massage, training in both Hawaii and Thailand.

Originally from Needham, Massachusetts, Carla returns to the East Coast after a decade in the Pacific with a deep respect for the body’s natural rhythms and innate capacity to heal. Her approach blends therapeutic precision with restorative relaxation, supporting each client in achieving greater balance, mobility, and overall wellness.

Carla’s sessions are customized to meet individual needs, whether the focus is deep therapeutic work, stress reduction, or integrative healing. She believes in the body’s inherent wisdom and in massage therapy as a powerful path toward sustainable wellbeing.
