Falling into Balance: An Equinox Offering
Falling into Balance: An Equinox Offering with Emily Peterson & Max Sass
Sunday, September 22
12:30-2:30pm • South End
This Autumn, when night and day find equal length, experience the harmony of a yang flow led by Max Sass and a receptive yin practice led by Emily Peterson. An opportunity to harvest as a community, this practice will provide you the space for both the light and darkness within you to dance organically. Rest in an extended savasana: finding your zero point, the balance of both dualities, where our divine essence is revealed. During savasana Max will lead a guided journey while Emily accompanies on a drum.
Cost: $50
Yoga mats are available to rent in studio for $3
