  • Powerful, sweaty and ablaze with tempo, explore your edge in 90+ degree heat and humidity. Opening out of the gates with sun salutes and all the major standing poses, expect a full array of asana including backbends, twists, core, at a vigorous pace. With a full range of asana, the sustained pace and vigor rinses you from inside our and compels a focus on breath.

  • Creative, vigorous, and fluid sequences, curated with an intentional anatomical or philosophical focus, explore the rhythm of body and breath. Perfect for those who like to move, expect a moderate to fast pace with the potential for more challenging asanas, backbends, arm balances, or inversions.

  • An invigorating and healing set sequence of 26 Bikram poses designed to mobilize every joint, tone your digestive system and hush anxiety in a baptism of sweat. Without using sun salutes or weight-bearing on your wrist, Hot 26 uses mirrors to truly see yourself.

  • Foundations teaches the basics of yoga poses and breathing techniques. The class is moderately paced to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance within a gentle, continuous sequence of postures. Foundations is designed for beginning and intermediate students eager to deepen your understanding and experience of yoga.

  • A precision-based asana class that deconstructs, refines and strengthens your practices with specific cueing and hands-on adjustments.
