Specialized sequences easing hip and knee pain explore the muscles groups that connect these two joints (psoas, adductors, hamstrings, quadriceps, and deep external hip rotators). Gently open the hips, relax the groins and facilitate ease of movement and practice strengthening and stabilizing asanas that support health of your joints.
