This workshop is grounded in the intersection of science and soul. You will gain insights into the mechanisms of the body that lead to the experience of energy and the sublime. We will explore the link between breathing physiology and emotional regulation, drawing from the new Yoga Optimized book.
We’ll learn the Blissology 3D Breath technique from Yoga Optimized, using the primary and accessory muscles of respiration to create more internal calm and shift our nervous systems. As we do so, we realize that yoga is a process of subtraction, not addition. We reawaken the universal love and insight we were always meant to feel.
After an insightful lecture, we’ll enjoy a slow-flow yoga practice that is nothing short of paradigm-shifting. Chill is a skill, and this workshop will enhance your ability to find more calm on the mat, the meditation cushion, and in your life.
