This workshop will introduce participants to “Abhyanga” a traditional Ayurvedic self-care practice that supports joint health, immunity, healthy skin, relaxation of the mind, and promotes an overall energetic balance.


Participants will learn:

  • benefits of this ancient practice

  • when body oil is beneficial vs contraindicated

  • various types of oils and distinctive properties

  • guidance on how to choose the best oil for your constitution

  • different ways to apply oils

  • how to source quality oils
