Sunday Savor & Center: Mindful Eating & Meditation with Emma Ayotte in collaboration with Life Alive
Sunday, October 20
1:45-2:45pm • Harvard Square
Luxuriate in the pleasure of truly savoring our food. The art of eating means changing our relationship and approach to food by acknowledging that how we eat is as important as what we eat. While we all find ourselves eating on the go while answering emails or scrolling through social media, mealtimes are a gift and an opportunity to pause, check in, and consciously nourish ourselves.
Join us, the culinary experts of Life Alive and meditation-nutrition experts of Down Under, for a mindful eating meditation that will transform the way you approach mealtimes. This meditation and discussion will help support you in building a meal-time ritual that grounds your mind into intentionality, presence, and nourishment. Session includes:
