A Panel Discussion with Down Under’s Senior Teachers of 12-20 years exploring the evolution of yoga, its impact on our lives, and the future of our practice. Founder Justine Cohen interviews Patricia Walden, Natasha Rizopoulos, Gregor Singleton, Masaaki Okamura, Nadja Refaie & Kate Heffernan as they share their most treasured yoga philosophy, secrets to taking yoga off the mat and living yoga, and their personal teaching journeys including hardest moments and top secrets for aspiring teachers and serious students. The panel discussion from 2-3:15pm is followed by a celebratory reception with refreshments from Life Alive Cafe in our studio and on our sidewalk until 4pm - a perfect time to connect with fellow students, teachers and panelists in a relaxed, social atmosphere.
