Compassionate Touch for Deep Connection with Becca Phillips
Saturday March 29
1-3:30pm • Back Bay
In America today, most of our experiences with touch are reserved for a select few people in our lives–our family, our friends, and our partners. In the wake of the pandemic and an epidemic of loneliness, we have become more sharply aware that we are touch-starved: experiences of touch, particularly those that are platonic, are few and far between.
Join Down Under LMT Becca Phillips for this transformative workshop where you’ll explore the power of compassionate touch as a tool for deeper connection—with yourself, with others, and within your community. Through guided exercises, you’ll learn how to redefine your relationship with touch and experience it as an expression of care and presence in daily life.
