A Community Circle: Yoga, Meditation, & Connection with Franny Diaz-Gilligan

Saturday, June 29

2-4pm • Porter Square

The longing for human connection resonates deeply within each of us. As humans, we forge connections in a myriad of ways: through the language of words, the melodies of music, the gathering for food and drink, and the embrace of nature.

Practicing together and listening to the stories shared by others, we tap into a powerful energy that brings us to a place of centeredness and presence. This collective connection empowers us to navigate the challenges of a world that demands both individual and collective transformation.

We will begin with an asana practice. The practice will be gentle and soothing, allowing the body to unlock. We will end with a guided meditation. You are welcome to practice meditation lying down, seated on a cushion, or on whatever supportive pile of props works for you. We will then transition into discussion of Dharma, humanness, and Q+A.

Come together as a community to share in open dialogue and connection. Engage in meaningful conversations, heartfelt sharing, and supportive listening, fostering bonds of understanding and compassion within the circle.

In this safe and inclusive space, experience the power of collective healing and mutual support as we journey together towards greater harmony and unity.

P.S. There is no requirement to share. You can just come and practice and be!

Bring a journal and wear cozy clothes.

Cost: $45

Yoga mats are available to rent in studio for $3
