DANYELE HOMER

HEATED FLOW FACULTY

Danyele first discovered yoga as an injured runner (and former dancer) when she was 16. While it took several years of self-practice for her to build up the courage to try a studio, she quickly fell in love with hot power yoga and knew she wanted to become a teacher.

Danyele completed her CYT with Tribe Yoga (Ashtanga/Vinyasa style) in Thailand and has taught a variety of heated flow classes in Boston and in Madison, WI. She also designed and led a research project that incorporated elements of an evidence-based treatment for emotional disorders into a physical yoga practice as an opportunity to enhance the effects of adaptive emotional regulation.

Her classes are inclusive and challenging, meeting students wherever they are, and incorporate elements of emotional acceptance into heated flow. Danyele truly loves the community that lives within Down Under and is grateful for the opportunity to be on the faculty. When she is not in the studio, she can be found on a run or hike, practicing the violin, or working/studying at Pavement. Please say hi - she loves to connect with members of the community.
