Callie is a South Shore native who began her yoga practice as a young girl alongside her Mom.

When she first moved to Boston, Callie fell back in love with the practice of yoga. It was during this time of transition that she first discovered Yoga Sculpt and something inside her clicked. The sculpt format created a deep desire for growth, both mentally and physically. In 2018, she began her teacher training journey to create a space for her students to experience the same. Callie has completed her Yoga Sculpt and 200-hour teacher training to deepen her teaching knowledge and personal practice. Her sculpt class is driven by music, movement, and mindfulness. Students can expect a fun, inclusive, and encouraging environment.
