Travis guides his students to explore their physical edge in a safe, supportive environment, viewing the yoga studio as a sanctuary for mental serenity and personal growth. As a lifelong advocate of physical vitality, Travis trained in a diverse range of disciplines that span from high-intensity interval training to martial arts, including jujitsu. Each practice has provided a unique perspective on strength, endurance, and mental resilience, deeply influencing his approach to movement as an expression of life itself.
Energizing, creative, and strong, Travis’s classes have a reputation for delivering a seriously smart, integrated practice that keeps you growing as a practitioner. He focuses on the practice’s capacity for physical transformation and mental clarity.
Along with his many martial arts trainings, Travis is also an RYT certified yoga teacher, and a graduate from Down Under School of Yoga who was hand selected to join the faculty.
With a background in management and public speaking, Travis combines his professional skills with his passion for teaching, creating classes that are not only physically enriching but also mentally and emotionally grounding.
