Meet Nicole Derosiers, a seasoned fitness professional of 12 years.

She got her start in Zumba, falling in love with exercise and movement for folks from all walks of life. She ventured into modalities like barre, cycle, strength, and personal training from there, forging various relationships and partnerships across the Commonwealth. Nicole believes that fitness should be a joyful, accessible celebration for every BODY. Nicole teaches Barre and HIIT at Down Under and hosts the podcast 'That Fit Life,' where she engages in lively conversations about fitness, life, and everything in between.
