Retreat to Maine for a 3 night, 4 day winter getaway to reconnect, empower, and restore.
Savor nourishing meals and unplug in a cozy setting where there are opportunities for both connection and solace.
Our practices will include yoga asana (both heated and restorative), meditation, journaling, and carefully curated spaces for introspection.
Between practices, experience the magic of the Maine mountains and the serene setting of Santosha at Hillhom Estate.

Food and joy are intimately connected at Santosha, striving to craft a culinary experience in mindfulness to slow down and savor every last bite.
Meals are lovingly prepared with seasonal ingredients from small, local Maine growers. The chefs lean heavily toward plant-based food and are served family-style around a solid hardwood table. You’ll enjoy 4 daily farm-to-table meals including morning continental breakfast, brunch, lunch & dinner. All dietary restrictions can be met with advanced notice.

If you don’t have a preference in terms of who you room with, simply select a bed in any available room. Rooms are not gender-specific.
