Level Up is a 6-week online program that can be done at home or at the gym with very little equipment. The online course contains nutrition and fitness components that support your growth.
To celebrate its launch, we are offering a group experience where you can complete Level Up alongside a group of like-minded people giving each other encouragement and accountability.

Start Up: Preparation for Level Up
To prepare you for the 6 weeks I have designed this Start Up. Level Up is designed for individuals with a basic level of cardiovascular fitness, meaning at least 1-2 hrs of physical activity a week. I want to set you up for the most success throughout the 6 weeks.
In the same way you have the Start Up Workouts to prime your cardiovascular system for Level Up, you also have the Fuel Guide to prepare you for a more specific diet in the weeks to come.

Fire up your core and elevate your fitness with this dynamic total body ab-focused workout! Designed for Weeks 1-3 of the Level Up program, this session blends strength and cardio to help you build endurance and stability through the core.
You'll move through 30-second intervals of powerful exercises like Half V-Ups, Scissor Kicks, Mountain Climbers, Full Sit-Ups, Forearm Side Planks, and Plank Holds—keeping your heart rate up while targeting every muscle group. Grab a mat and let's level up!

Total Body Lower-Body Focused Workout (Weeks 1-3)
Strengthen and tone your legs and glutes with this powerful lower body-focused workout from Weeks 1-3 of the Level Up program! This total body session combines targeted lower body exercises with heart-pumping cardio, keeping you moving and building strength from head to toe. You'll cycle through 30-second intervals of movement designed to engage your lower body, boost your endurance, and Level Up your fitness game.

This sequence will engage your upper and lower abs, obliques, and deep core stabilizers for a well-rounded burn.

Meet Your Instructor
MEREDITH EVANGELISTI
National Roller Dance Champion, World Precision Rollerskating team member, Elite In-line Speed Skater, Sports Nutritionist, veteran Hot 26 yoga teacher in Boston for over a decade, personal trainer, nutritional cook, etc... suffice it to say, Meredith is a life force.
Trained in advanced hot yoga techniques for many years, Meredith has taught across the United States as well as throughout Europe, Canada, and Mexico. Pursuing degrees in management, personal training, and sports nutrition, Meredith enjoyed five years as Lifetime Fitness’ exclusive lead, teaching the set sequence methodology Hot 26 while simultaneously creating her own signature version of vinyasa yoga and strength training (on our schedule, we call this Yoga Sculpt). Meredith's Yoga Sculpt is her signature blend of vinyasa yoga and strength training. Yoga Sculpt is a high-intensity, high-energy, musically-driven avenue to develop tremendous cardio and strength capacities. Growing up, every day, Meredith’s Dad would say, “Why can’t you sit still?” Yoga Sculpt is her poetic answer to that question. After many good-humored attempts to woo Meredith away from her exclusive contract with Lifetime and much preaching by Justine about the soulless, shareholder-driven corporate monoliths, Meredith finally said yes. And so began these vibrant additions to our Fitness and Vinyasa schools.
