Eva began practicing yoga in 2001, when she walked into a prenatal yoga class.

A long time distance runner, and her mind was in the strength of her legs, and yoga has brought a deep and forever growing awareness to the consistent reminder that yoga is all about growth and strength of the entire mind, body and soul. Eva’s own yoga practice and teaching yoga flow has brought a growing awareness to the power of our breath to ground us in all our moments, on and off our yoga mat. The power of connecting breath and movement, has truly brought inner strength to honor and share the beauty of the yoga practice.
