After years of wear and tear from competitive basketball and consistent weightlifting, Craig’s body felt broken. Doing things the way that he had always done them wasn’t working anymore.

A winding path of self exploration led him to yoga, and he’s been devoted to the practice ever since. His daily movement and meditation sessions promote functional strength and balance as well as healing and a deeper connection to himself. Craig credits the powerful teachings of yoga with helping him to more fully appreciate the entire spectrum of his experience through life. 

In Craig’s class, you will breathe, move and sweat your way to a quieter mind and a greater sense of presence. He encourages students to allow themselves to experience what is in each moment and find a balance between effort and acceptance. Craig completed both his 200 Hour and 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings at Down Under School of Yoga and considers Gregor Singleton and Masaaki Okamura his greatest influences. 

Beyond yoga, Craig serves as an integrative holistic wellness coach, empowering clients to break free from negative patterns, discover purpose and create positive change in their lives.
