Caitlin is a compassionate and transformative yoga teacher specializing in Relax and Renew, Flow and Restore, and mindfulness practices.
With a background in theater, massage therapy, and life coaching, Caitlin helps students release chronic tension and cultivate self-love and confidence. Her approach integrates Taoism, myofascial release techniques, and the neuropsychology of yoga, drawing inspiration from thought leaders like Rick Hanson and Brené Brown. When not teaching, Caitlin is working on her upcoming book, Tame Your Inner Critic: Unconditional Self-love & Unstoppable Self-Confidence (2026).
