CAITLIN GREEN

RESTORATIVE FACULTY

Caitlin is a yoga teacher, massage therapist, and life coach who specializes in helping others release chronic tension and cultivate self-love and confidence. Her journey to yoga began in the early 2010s, when she turned to the practice to overcome imposter syndrome and reconnect with herself. After completing a 200-hour teacher training at Prana Power Yoga, Caitlin spent 10 years teaching hot power yoga and vinyasa in Boston. She then completed her 300-hour teacher training at Down Under Yoga, where she now teaches Relax and Renew and Flow and Restore classes.

Caitlin integrates Taoism, myofascial release, and neuropsychology into her teaching, and is inspired by the works of Rick Hanson, Kristin Neff, and BrenΓ© Brown. She is also a massage therapist specializing in neck, shoulder, and back pain relief, and a certified life coach focused on helping clients tame their inner critic. Caitlin is set to release her book, Tame Your Inner Critic: Unconditional Self-Love & Unstoppable Self-Confidence, in 2026.

In addition to her wellness work, Caitlin has a background in performance, having acted in plays and independent films, created a one-woman show, and released an album of original songs. She holds two master's degrees in education and special education and has taught students with special needs.
