SARAH BESTON

Sarah Beston is an established wellness pioneer with a career that includes supporting the launch of the global platform Yoga Anytime, and teaching courses at Columbia University’s Venture for All program.
Sarah earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Spirituality and Mind-Body Practice from Columbia University, and has completed extensive training in trauma-informed yoga, yoga for post-traumatic stress, Ayurveda, Reiki, spiritual healing, and Mindfulness-Based Strengths-Practice (MBSP).
Sarah has owned and operated The Greenhouse, a yoga studio in Los Angeles, and led international yoga retreats. Her work integrates yoga, positive psychology, somatics, and mindfulness to create transformative experiences for her students. Sarah also serves as an ambassador for Yoga Gives Back, supporting the empowerment of women and children in underprivileged communities in India through education and micro-financing.
Sarah’s teachings provide a welcoming space for individuals to reconnect with their inherent vitality, strength, and joy. She combines her love of dance and choreography with creative vinyasa flow sequences that, through mindful movement and breath, help individuals tap into the expansive freedom and potential of the body-mind-spirit connection.
