Solvents & Glue – Moving with Grace & Efficiency with Didi von Deck

Saturday, July 13 & Sunday, July 14

Newton & Livestream

Join for one workshop or both!

DUY’s resident orthopedic surgeon Didi von Deck is teaching a weekend of workshops dedicated to strength, stability and functional movement. Each workshop teaches movement sequences that improve how you move. The sequences break down movements (solvents) and then put them together in a way that improves mobility and strength (glue). These sequences are performed from an upright position and will improve your posture while making sitting, standing, walking, and running easier and more efficient.

The Roots: Moving the Pelvis
Saturday, July 13
2-3:30 • Newton & Livestream

Your pelvis provides the power behind virtually all your movements and actions. This workshop improves the way you use your pelvis and connects the pelvis to the spine, ribs and shoulder blades to promote better coordination, efficient movement, upright stability, better balance, and comfortable, easy mobility.
