Laura loves to blend strength, balance, and intensity into her yoga classes. She provides a challenging sequence to test your boundaries.

Laura started her yoga journey in 2010. Being a marathon runner, she was first drawn to Hot 26. She found the practice balanced her training and reduced stress on her body. In Spring of 2014 she completed her Hot 26 Yoga Teacher Training and has been teaching ever since. Laura went on to complete her 200 hour Vinyasa Training with Down Under School of Yoga and now focuses primarily on teaching Hot Power.

She's extremely passionate about yoga and loves to see transformations beyond the body.
