Celebrate the Bright & the Dark

Winter brings in the dark.

It is a complicated corner of the calendar that for some, is full of connection, joy, and rest, while for others it is a time of grief, inertia, and emotional minefields.

We offer classes through the holidays to provide a place to exist that won’t ask you about your politics while passing the gravy.

The decrease in the hours of sunlight has physiological, and emotional effects. These can be softened through movement, meditation, rest and boundaries.

Sometimes what we most need is a quiet, clean, clear space to simply exist, and navigate this time of year with gentle reflection and self care.

A Gentle Reminder:

  • Make new traditions

  • It’s ok to say no

  • Protect your peace

  • Read that again

In this community where all styles of yoga and movement share the same roof, we are a community where all are welcome.

Come in, take your shoes off, and just be.
